Lorena Pernell is the lead designer at Pernell Property Design. With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Lorena has a passion for styling properties, aiming to create classy, unique designs which leave a lasting impression.

With a background in accounting and business, Lorena discovered her natural talent for design while working in her family’s property development company. She was involved in the design, construction and marketing of countless developments throughout Australia including high end homes, luxury townhouses, apartments, commercial offices, warehouses and childcare centres.

Since founding Pernell Property Design, Lorena has created numerous beautiful, unique spaces that have facilitated the smooth sale of clients’ homes. Rather than selecting from the same stock, Lorena is dedicated to finding unique pieces from wholesalers and will search until she finds the perfect piece to compliment the space.

Lorena establishes a rapport with clients, working closely with them to bring their vision for their home to life. With an eye for detail, Lorena is able to hand select bespoke furnishings and original artwork to maximise the appeal of any space and increase the overall value.
